I took this today after fixing the pipe that feeds water to the toilet in our second bathroom. Jessie spends the night in that bathroom each night and thought that the plactic pipe would make a good chew toy. We woke up to a mess in the bathroom and a happy JRT. Grandpa was a huge help replacing the pipe (it is braided stainless steel so we should be safe)!!!I had a chance to play with the camera Friday night and today and I am really happy with it. I love the zoom and how fast it takes pictures. It also does a nice job at night and the great quality movies is an extra bonus (they are even stereo!!). I had been thinking about returning it and getting a digital SLR, but I think the S3 will do everything we need and then some...and the extra lenses get really expensive. Dad and I talked a little and he said that he would never go back to an SLR because he doesn't want to carry all the extra lense which is something I worried about too.

What a great picture. Sorry to hear about the pipe but glad you were able to fix it without calling a plumber! I am really glad you like your new camera. It sounds great. We have been struggling lately with catching Rachel as she crawls after the camera. With the delay it is challenging! Love Darc
Yeah, that was the main reason we upgraded. The delay seemed to be worse over time. We really like the new one!
