Pictures from WDW

I put up around 250 pictures on our web site from our trip to WDW. I was really happy with how good the pictures came out. I really like our new camera. It does a great job, but after using it I can see how a digital SLR would be even better. I still don't think I would like to carry one around.

I have been fighting the new blogger the past few days, but I think I have it figured out. It looks like it was posting the pictures without uploading them.

We have had a lot of fun the past few days!! It has been chilly, but not as chilly as at home! We are off to Epcot this morning. Today we are having lunch with the Princesses.

Saturday at Animal Kingdom

We spent the morning in Animal Kindom yesterday. Lauren had a great time on the safari and loved the Nemo show. After lunch at the Rain Forest Cafe we went back to the room for naps (Mom and Dad shopped while we slept).

We went back to the Magic Kingdom to watch Spectromagic. After the parade it really cooled off and a rain shower moved through so we wrapped up the night by riding Peter Pan.

We went to the Magic Kingdom last night and had a great time. Lauren loved the fireworks! We stayed an hour after the park closed because we didn't want to fight the crowds and we were took some neat pictures around the castle!

Here are a few pictures from our trip down. The last picture is on the way to the Magic Kingdom this morning.

Some of the things we saw

The first two look a little different because I was playing with the tungsten filter. I kinda like the way they came out. Our camera has so many settings that it is tough to know which way to go sometimes. I finally remembered to changed it to the cloudy setting on the last few I took. So far I am really liking the camera...except it is much heavier than the little Sony!

What we did

We woke up this morning at 5 a.m. when a thunderstorm went through. There was really bad weather all around us with a couple of tornados, but it ended up being pretty nice by 10. Lauren's favorite part of the day was meeting the little mermaid. I will post some pictures of the two of them together when I get dad's pictures.
